Information on this site
We try to keep the site accurate and current, but the content here is general information about the services we offer. It is not technical, construction, engineering or legal advice and should not be relied on in place of a site-specific assessment.
Permits, fees, bylaws and Code references described on this site are summarised in good faith for the Hamilton area and change without notice. Requirements vary by municipality, conservation authority, property and project. Your municipality’s building department, the relevant conservation authority and the current published fee schedules are the authority on what applies to your address — always confirm with them before relying on anything written here.
Prices and cost ranges mentioned in articles are general market observations for orientation only. They are not quotes, not offers, and not Superior’s prices for your project.
Quotes and estimates
Submitting the quote form, calling, texting or messaging us does not create a contract and does not reserve a place in our schedule. Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance.
Any price we give becomes binding only in a written quote or contract signed by both parties, and remains subject to the scope, exclusions and validity period set out in that document.
Reviews and project photography
Customer reviews shown on this site are reproduced from our public Google Business profile and are the words of the people who wrote them. They describe those customers’ own projects and are not a prediction of any other outcome.
Photographs are of work carried out by Superior, shown as examples of the kind of work we do. Materials, finishes, dimensions and site conditions vary between projects.
Intellectual property
The content, layout, photography and the Superior name and logo on this site belong to Superior Landscaping | Design | Construction. Please don’t reproduce them without permission.
Third-party links
Where we link to other sites — our Google Business profile, Instagram, WhatsApp, municipal and conservation authority pages — we don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the general information published on this website. Nothing here limits our obligations under a signed contract for work, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
