Mississauga is the eastern edge of our regular run and it skews more commercial than our Hamilton work — plaza and multi-unit concrete, parking and walkway repair, and tenant-improvement interior trades, alongside residential driveways and hardscape.
We'll be straight about geography: we're a Hamilton company, and for a small residential repair in Mississauga the travel doesn't always make sense for either of us. For driveway-scale work and up, and for anything commercial, it does.
What's different here
Peel and City permits
Mississauga runs its own building permit, site plan and road occupancy processes through the City and Region of Peel — a different path again from Hamilton or Halton. Credit Valley Conservation covers much of the regulated land.
Driveway widening rules
Mississauga enforces maximum driveway widths and front-yard hard-surface coverage limits, with its own boulevard requirements. We confirm what's permitted before designing the layout.
Commercial and multi-unit
Plaza walkways, parking area concrete, curb replacement and barrier-free upgrades, scheduled around tenant trading hours. This is the bulk of what we do in Peel.
Honest travel
Larger projects and commercial contracts are a comfortable run for us. Small repairs usually aren't, and we'll tell you rather than pricing travel into a job that doesn't need it.
